To use the Lessee Portal you will need to register. Once you have registered you will be able to access your account, make online payments and view and download documents relevant to your property. You will also be able to communicate with us by reporting repairs online or submitting enquiries.
Please enter your property ref. and name below as they appear on your printed statements. If you do not know your unique property reference please click here to submit a request to receive your unique property reference.
In the event that there is more than one name associated with the property, please nominate one person whose name and email address should be entered below. This person’s email address will become the user name that is used to log in to the website and all email correspondence will be sent to it.
If you have already registered one of your properties for online services in connection with a Crabtree managed property and are now registering for another, you must use the same email address and password. Once you have registered more than one of your properties, they will show on the same login. This includes service charge and ground rent registrations for the same property, as they will need to be registered separately.

If you are a tenant rather than a property owner then, unfortunately, you can not register for our online services. For data protection and security reasons, only the person or persons listed on our database as the registered legal owner of a property under our management can register. <br /> <br /> If you are a tenant and you have a maintenance issue within your property, then please contact your landlord directly.
